Job Summary

We are looking for a talented medical writer to join Remedica, part of Scientific Group. You will be given the space to develop and flourish in the role, and we offer our people the freedom to experiment, try new things, and be involved in shaping the company.
Responsibilities
- Producing accurate, concise, and insightful material across a wide range of project types, adapting writing style for different audiences and formats.
- Researching, interpreting, and integrating scientific data from multiple sources, fact-checking to ensure delivery to the highest scientific standards.
- Effectively interacting with clients, thought leaders, and external teams, providing on-site or virtual medical writing support for meetings, assisted by senior team members.
- Proficient use of PowerPoint to create and edit slides with varying complexity, creativity, and visual impact.
- Taking responsibility for defined aspects of team projects and collaborating to meet agreed timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
- Providing input to business development activities with guidance from senior team members.
Requirements
- Proven experience (approximately 18 months) in a medical communications, medical education, medical publishing, or healthcare advertising agency is essential.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (in English) are essential.
- A life science degree or equivalent is essential; higher degrees are desirable.
- Good organizational skills.
- Enthusiasm for communicating science for the ultimate benefit of patients.
